We are very pleased with the service and product we received with Deitz Flooring Design. We are new to the area, so we were at the mercy of google search. I received a call the next day after requesting an estimate online, someone came out to measure the area within a day, and then we were in the office finalizing our order with Donnie, the owner. Donnie and his guys went over and beyond to accommodate giving us our new floor. First of all I told him the look I wanted and he picked out the perfect floor. Next we told him the painters would be here as soon as they finished and needed our floors done ASAP. He scheduled our flooring to be installed the next week! But the best part-our house is in Ocean Drive, SC. NO PROBLEM! Everything Donnie promised was done!! Did I say we live at the beach in SC? The workmanship AND the price was awesome! Thank you Donnie!
Deitz Flooring did a great job! They have great customer service, and a patient and knowledgeable when choosing flooring. Not only did they do a great job, they also corrected issues from a prior job from another company. Honest, down to Earth . I will definitely look to them for any future needs.
Deitz Flooring handled our install of our floors for our new house. The owner Donnie helped us pick the floor that would best suit our needs. He leaned heavily towards the Happy Feet solid core. It was a little more than we planned but the floors look fantastic. We went with reclaimed pine, I can find no repeat of the floor pattern anywhere, it looks fantastic even though it is dirty from the construction going on. An enormous shout out to Donnie and the crew that did my floors!! Thank you Shawn Ramey and Taylor for putting down the gorgeous LVP!! This has been my best Christmas gift in a long time! The floors at the beach look beautiful!! If anyone needs flooring you should certainly contact them!
