Good prices on carpet, however, the installer is not good at all. After getting dates to install they had a schedule conflict and had to change. Once installed, we found several places that were not tacked down. After 3 calls to Derailed Commodity with promises that the installer will be out to fix the problem I realize that the good service up front is all you will get. Always go to Brazilton first. Only 1 time they didn't have the color I wanted and offered to have it sent from the Joplin store. I decided to drive to Joplin and pick my carpet out so now I say Brazilton first. ...it used to always be ONLY Brazilton.
