Initially I was scared to buy product without seeing it physically since I stay in Calgary and Discount Carpet and flooring are located in Richmond (BC) but the way Mr Hakan took me into confidence and delivered the product at my doorstep with quality product at reasonable price would definitely recommend to others An excellent product (LVP) great value for money
Price is discounted, but their service and quality isn't. My story with this store started one year ago. I hired them to remove water-damaged floor because they had the crew available for the next day, the earliest day I was looking for. Later, after I shopped around, I decided to buy new floor from them too. I really can't say no to their high-quality and low-priced floor. Thank you for fitting us in on the long weekend! We got a mid-grade carpet at a very good cost (actually below anyone else we had called) and the installer was super professional, quick and did a fantastic job. I would definitely purchase flooring here again and would highly recommend this company to friends.
