Communication to all works and customers. A installer that actually works gets job done on time. And done properly. My floor already have transition strips coming off and some just have had gaps since job done. Very disappointed. And not been a month since had installed. Flooring is nice quality. Sales person was great. But that about it. Always got run around when called about things. Say sorry will take care of it mam. Two day job finly done on day six . It only 460 sft job! I don’t wish to review this poorly, but unfortunately I have no choice after the end result of my service. The bathroom looks great with what I did use, but unfortunately, Discount Dave’s does not want to stand behind their material that was delivered to me broken, and only wants to offer store credit as a remedy. I prefer to shop small and local whenever possible, and literally anywhere that I shop doesn’t seem to have any problem refunding me or correcting an issue however necessary. We do still have some left and if you would like you are more than welcome to come and exchange any pieces which were broken when delivered.
