There were some ugly issues with tiles we ordered from a company, but Diversified (Larry and John, as managers) really took great care of the tile removal and tile install job to ensure we were very happy with the end result! Their responsiveness to several kinks was awesome…they went above and beyond throughout the project!!
We have worked with Diversified several times and really like the quality of work provided. They are priced well and can usually get the work scheduled quickly. We will definitely use them again.
Ashley was great. She beat the competitions pricing, was always available when I had questions and accommodated my schedule. The hardwood downstairs was done so well and it looked so great that I had Diversified do the entire house. I have recommended them to a coworker and she also had great results. They are in my cell phone now and I no longer have to consider who will do flooring for my homes. I just call Ashley and it gets done right.

I highly recommend Diversified Flooring! Everyone from their company was very professional. The sales person was amazing and very knowledgeable. The installers were knowledgeable and experienced. They arrived on time and finished the job within the time frame they had provided. I have construction going on in another part of the house right now and will definitely be using this company for the flooring when the constitution is complete.
I hired this company to do tile work for me. They did such a good job, we brought them back to do more of are tile work. They are a very professional company!
