Reply to message about defective products. I left a private message regarding bee spray, just to be ignored. Maybe you thought I would forget about it. 4 defective cans and no reply in over a week. This is not good customer service in my opinion
No set hours. Low Pay. No set of leadership from management. Lack of Communication is the biggest one. You’re suppose to be able to read minds. Also must accept to being called “Fat and Lazy” by your Department managers. If you have concerns that aren’t being met, I wouldn’t call Human Resources Like I did, because Fort Wayne calls The Warehouse and then you just get yelled at and reprimanded more. Lack of judgement. I was not treated well asking for a donation for my non profit I was told you don’t donate privately, I have a registered non profit tax exempted , when I told that, it was clear I was rejected for personal reasons. I will make sure my business husband close the account there and not buy any product there again. You are a very miserable corporation

I worked for Do It Best in Cape Girardeau Mo for 37 years. After Do It Best opened the new warehouse in Sikeston Mo. people started to being fired with alot of time in with the company. I have heard the company had more turnover of employee's in Sikeston in one year that Cape Girardeau Mo. had in 27 years.
