Dolphin Carpet & Tile had the color of wood flooring we were looking for. Their supply is nice but their contractors are not worth hiring. We could of looked elsewhere but at the time it was convenient & they were available. Looking back we should of waited to make sure the process was done perfectly. The flooring came out nice but it would of been even better to not have some areas where the floor dips because the dolphin carpet & tile contractors did not tell us the floors could of been leveled in those specific areas. Installing / remodeling anything in a condo building can be time consuming and stressful process if you are not familiar with permits , etc and especially on a time crunch when trying to move by a certain date. BUT dolphin carpet and tile in Doral blew my expectations in the process. William and the team were amazing. Always available to answer for concerns, questions and anything I needed. He showed me tons of options based on what I liked and was able to get everything ordered and installed extremely quickly. The installation went so smoothly and they did a very professional job. We worked with Dolphin Carpet & Tile to install commercial vinyl and carpet in our offices in Doral and couldn’t be happier with the results. They worked with us having to do a lot of prep work so that we could still keep operating while the floors were laid so that entailed several visits to complete the installations. Our rep was easy to work with and very responsive to texts, emails and calls. We highly recommend Dolphin Carpet and Tile!
