My experience was excellent from my first call which Scott answered to installation. Scott delivers great customer service, really knows his product and had great patience with me while I made my decision. The installation team headed by Paris did a great job installing my carpet and moving my very heavy furniture. They were very professional, hard working, polite and stayed late to make sure the job was complete. I highly recommend Don Bailey Flooring and Scott Kupperman for your flooring needs.
