This law firm does nothing to help you . they wont return any calls . mail or anything . called today spoke with ***** she was extremely snotty and had a bad attitude .. **** **** didnt do a thing to help .. they wont give a break down of a money disbursment .. and the money in trust which is a lot more then medical bills they wont return ... this firm is worthless and a rip off !!

Our firm does not represent this person. We represented his wife. We cannot relay any information on his wife's case without her written consent as this would be unethical. However, our firm prides itself in receiving a 97% client satisfaction rating. With regard to Medicare and Medicaid, by law we are required to reimbursement them for any monies they paid out on a case.
I entrusted my Social Security Disability claim to DGMS. What a mistake! The assistant I dealt with messed something up every time I spoke to her to update my case. Then I got denied only to discover there was evidence missing in my decision that was not submitted. This is why I hired these people! Then when I called my attorney to find out what the heck happened he informed me he is the only attorney with DGMS that handles SSD and he is short staffed.
