We had worked for a few months with another store to supply the tile for our home project. When it came in the color was completely different from all the samples and sample boxes I had purchased. The manufacturer forgot to tell the sales reps and retailers they had changed the colors! Long story short, I needed a lot of tile in a few days. I was frantic and called Eckard's on a whim.
