Everything we sell has been 3rd party tested to have either zero or extremely low VOC’s. This means FloorScore, GreenGuard, CARB 2, CA Section 01350 and CRI Green Label Plus certifications. No low-quality floors with an unknown chemical composition are allowed in our showroom. We are as transparent as possible. We say what we mean, and we mean what we say. I just had the carpets and stairs replaced by Ethical Flooring. They were able to match the capret already on the stairs. The carpets in the principal bedroom and living were replaced by vinyl flooring on the bottom floor, and again, it matches the flooring in the hallway and other bedrooms, as recommended. The service was friendly and punctual. I am delighted!

Absolutely LOVE the bedroom carpets we bought, and was extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, caring and friendliness of the staff. The installers have also done a fantastic job by demonstrating state of the art skills (we have had carpets installed before by a different store, and the job was poorly done!). In my opinion, and if you can offer it, it is well worth it to spend the money on quality of products and services.

I have just had an excellent experience with Ethical Flooring of North Vancouver,B.C. Sales Rep Steve ********** demonstrated a very good knowledge of the carpets as well as being friendly, professional and patient as we made our choices. The installation went as planned with no delays and we are extremely happy with our new carpets. Well done, Ethical Flooring!

Ethical Flooring was introduced to us last year through our reno contractors. They installed window coverings. We were impressed with the product and service. We have subsequently hired them for additional jobs - replacing flooring (carpet + vinyl planking) in our basement, including all baseboards and casings, plus additional work in other areas of the house. Bill is always professional, easy to reach and very helpful. Prices are very good. The installers have all been exceptional, especially Felix whose uncompromising standards are appreciated.

We just replaced our carpet in our house. Kevin was very helpful in helping us to choose what is right for our situation. Very knowledgable staff that talked us through the cost and quality of the different options.
The quote was done the same day and our carpet was ordered right away. Installation was done Ina very professional manner!
We are very greatful for the work Ethical Flooring has done for us! And we love our new carpet!

Want to share my experience with Ethical Flooring in North Vancouver, from the first encounter in the sales room, to the quality of flooring offered to working with Jan (sales and project manager) to the sub-contractors and quality of work, my overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend anyone using Ethical Flooring for your flooring needs.

My husband and I hired Ethical Flooring to replace the flooring throughout our townhouse. With the help or our designer and the Ethical Flooring team we selected vinyl tile, engineered hardwood, carpet and new baseboards for our home. Kevin and his team came out right away to complete measurements and send estimates. Kevin was respectful of our budget and made recommendations as needed. The installation of all the flooring was immaculate. Kevin and his team are very detail oriented and work efficiently. Kevin was respectful of our renovation time frame and completed all work as originally outlined in order for other trades to begin. As first time home renovators my husband and I appreciated Kevin's willingness to answer any question we had about the process in a thorough and timely manner. The flooring we had installed by Ethical Flooring has truly transformed our home. I would highly recommend Ethical Flooring to anyone considering new flooring for their home.
