I recently had the opportunity to work with the store manager, *********************** at Ethical Flooring. He reached out to our company, ****************** across the border in **********, to find a match for one of his clients flooring. He was such a pleasure to work with and he really put priority and effort into this for his customer. I highly recommend Jan and ******************** for superior customer service.
Ethical Flooring just finished giving me new carpeting in my condo. I am so pleased with the quality of the product and installation. There were delays due to the recent flooding and transportation problems, but everything was handled so transparently and professionally by Brandon. He kept me up-to-date, and went the extra mile to make sure that my issues were addressed.
Everyone wants a great floor the 1st time but I appreciated Ethical Flooring even more when there was a problem even though we figured it was manufacturer recommended underlay at fault. Kevin and Tanya discussed the situation with me at length, and at significant bother, arranged an adjustment. I just had the carpets and stairs replaced by Ethical Flooring. They were able to match the capret already on the stairs. The carpets in the principal bedroom and living were replaced by vinyl flooring on the bottom floor, and again, it matches the flooring in the hallway and other bedrooms, as recommended. The service was friendly and punctual. I am delighted!
Absolutely LOVE the bedroom carpets we bought, and was extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, caring and friendliness of the staff. The installers have also done a fantastic job by demonstrating state of the art skills (we have had carpets installed before by a different store, and the job was poorly done!). In my opinion, and if you can offer it, it is well worth it to spend the money on quality of products and services.

Ethical Flooring was introduced to us last year through our reno contractors. They installed window coverings. We were impressed with the product and service. We have subsequently hired them for additional jobs - replacing flooring (carpet + vinyl planking) in our basement, including all baseboards and casings, plus additional work in other areas of the house. We just replaced our carpet in our house. Kevin was very helpful in helping us to choose what is right for our situation. Very knowledgable staff that talked us through the cost and quality of the different options. The quote was done the same day and our carpet was ordered right away. Installation was done Ina very professional manner! We are very greatful for the work Ethical Flooring has done for us! And we love our new carpet!
