Mike was fantastic to work with - he was patient with me while I flip-flopped on decisions, and offered assistance whenever I needed it. Steve, the installer, was a pleasure to work with. He left the area completely clean at the end of each day so it didn’t feel like a construction zone.
Our experience at Exclusive Floors was based on our salesperson Jodi , she was excellent from start to finish . She oversaw the whole project and made sure it ran smoothly . She has a great eye for design and colour and is very knowledgeable about their product . I would use her again for sure !
The Best!! We installed over 1Ksqft of engineered hickory flooring in our home. Exclusive Floors representative Dave Duns was a pleasure to work with. Dave Duns' patience, advice, thoughtful helpfulness and followup, ensured we had the best experience. Working alongside of Dave Duns was David Kopek... installer extraordinaire! I would recommend these two individuals in a heartbeat.
Decided to upgrade our bedroom to engineered hardwood and after visiting many flooring places finally contacted Exclusive Floors where Victor in sales was able to find exactly what we were looking for, we are very pleased that Victor kept us informed until the hardwood arrived and then we were also pleased that Steve did an excellent job installing the new floor. Thank you both.
While putting your house back together after you have experienced a lot of water damage is never enjoyable, fun or inexpensive.... having the opportunity to work with a Jodi and her team of installers at Exclusive Floors certainly made the journey much more tolerable… Jodi was patient way beyond necessary and always met us with a smile and shared a good laugh as she worked and guided us with making our floor choices. We can't thank Jodi enough....
