EZ Floors exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. We have never replaced carpet and I was overwhelmed when we shopped at two other places and left confused and frustrated. EZ Floors was recommended and it was truly EZ from the moment we arrived. EZ Floors worked hard for us and had very good prices. We worked primarily with Ben. He is generous with his time and samples which was important for us. We had engineered floors installed by Azmir and his crew, who are hardworking and professional. After there were problems (not related to the installation), EZ Floors, Ben, and Joseph went to bat for us, and eventually the problem was resolved so that we love our floors. We recently did new flooring for the whole 1-story house, kitchen granite countertop with backsplash. Ben is the store manager at this Katy store location, and he had helped us from selecting materials and scheduling the installation work quickly. All work was done in 1 week and we can not be happier with the new flooring and the new kitchen look. By the way, this was the 4th time that we selected EZ Floor Katy to do house remodeling.
We recently used EZ floors to install carpet. This was our third time we use them and we are happy with their product and installation. Their rep Leo was very nice and knowledgeable. The installation was on time and the crew was professional. Will consider them again for my next floor upgrade.
Ben-sale man and Joseph- manager are excellent from guiding me through the pre installation process. Now talking about installation, I'm a very picky person but I have to admit Armando team is the best. They are very meticulous, detailed, hard-working and very skilled. They cleaned after themselves once completed. I'm beyond satisfied. Thank you very much!!!
