RecommendedVery good experience working with Chris. I'm not into salesy or pushy staff and he was not. I knew what I wanted and he didn't redirect me but he did explain to me some options which I appreciated. I knew I wanted hickory engineered wood floors but didn't think we could find any in our budget. Finstad's made it happen and it is GORGEOUS! Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, I met Carly Paupore at Finstad's. Absolutely fabulous! Carly is helpful, professional, knowledgable, patient and goes above and beyone to provide excellent service. Carly helped us pick out carpet and arranged installation. Afterwords, she followed up to make sure we were happy with the carpet and encouraged us to call or visit her with any questions/concerns. Carly has a big smile and good sense of humor too !
