Just had floors done they look good so far, the floor guys did a good job.
I know someone who has been waiting three months to get the carpet job finished in their home. They have been rescheduled multiple times. Based on this, if you need prompt service, I don't recommend this flooring group. Update: I spoke with Lorie today and they said it should be complete next week! Looking forward to it.

Horrible!!!! Do not use these people! We ordered hard floors, carpet, and kitchen cabinets. They never ordered the carpet even though they said multiple times that they did, I met with the manager and it was never ordered. The kitchen cabinets they messed up multiple times. They ordered wrong sizes twice. I ordered all this back in october, and in May we were still waiting on our cabinets to be done. Finally we were done in July...10 month timeframe. Customer services is horrible and product ordered is not what is delivered. Recommend never using this company.
I don't even know where to begin. Darren and Michelle at the Dickinson location are very nice and knowledgeable. Jared at the Friendswood location, basically telling me you don't know... about my husband having to put down the plywood for our countertops because Dave (the countertop installer) did not feel comfortable doing it, wow. Your telling me that David is the problem and then tell me you have never had any contact with him. We never told you the extra cabinets were no problem because it pushed us into another slab. When we came out and did the template and going out there was extra cabinets that’s when you lost it. I apologize it cost more money but you added to the layout
Why would you set an order of tile (12x24, bullnose, pebble sheets) in boxes out in the weather when all reports are calling for rain & then say we didn’t know it was going to rain?! It’s not the tile I am worried about but the wet boxes they are in. Now I have to try & not let any of the tile get broke when I am carrying them individually into my house. Sean we apologize about the wet tile after Harvey. We offered to reorder the tile. We were out of room in our warehouse and left tile outside because it would not ruin like carpet wood and laminate. Also yes we do have your number because every time you came into our stores you would complain about installation prices and demand to talk to me and tell me how everyone that works for me is not up to your standards. They claim to be a good Christian company. They even swear on the Bible in court. But the truth is they lie they do crappy work so take your business elsewhere

Jim I'm sorry! We did everything to make you happy. We replaced floors, cleaned things that weren't our fault and even we I agreed to replace your bedroom carpet you came in and chose the most expensive thing in the store to replace your builder carpet with. We were only replacing it because you walked through our grout and into your bedroom. I had the floors cleaned professionally after I told you not to mop it after we lay the urethane grout.
