Did not use them for any marble or granite work but one of their crews backed into my son's car with their company vehicle. The workers were great and let my son know what happened and said the owner would get in touch with us. Laurie is awesome! Great selection of granite and marble countertops! They have several types of edging for counters! Eclectic type store. Super helpful and offers suggestions with what you want or are looking for. Easy to find.. Right off highway 75.
Went in a week ago to look at "wood" floor tile. Had 4 styles that I was interested in and asked for $/ft2. Gentleman behind the counter did not know how to do that. Was told I could wait for the other gentleman to help me. Waited about 20 min and asked if I could leave my info so they could get back with me when convenient. Have not heard anything from them. Glad I took pictures of labels so I can try and source elsewhere.
Terrible customer service.. Tried for almost a week of leaving messages for Tyler Bird before going into store again to schedule an estimate. Said he would have it in a week. Nothing. Called and said he had it and would send it over that day. Waited another week. No response to message or text so went to the store only to be told by Tyler that he was working on the estimate now (wow again!) I told him given his terrible customer service not to bother.
