This was our first time buying from Flooring America and we were very satisfied. Love the in store displays and huge selection of flooring with a good range of prices. Our salesman, Brandon, was knowledgeable, friendly and enjoyable to work with. We highly recommend them!

The store has a beautiful selection and knowledgeable sales people. Hugo and Daniel were an awesome Installation Team.They came on time, cleaned up nicely, worked hard and were a pleasure to have in our home.

We have purchased flooring from Flooring America Casselberry in the past and been very satisfied. Recently we were looking for a discontinued product and although they weren’t able to locate it they certainly tried! I am grateful when I find excellent customer service and I definitely found it here!! Thank you so much for helping us - we will be back the next time we need flooring!!!

We recently added a sun room to 0ur home and,. naturally, went shopping for a floor. We heard about Flooring America in Casselberry and decided to check them out, and are we delighted we did!. Kristina was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The other staff, as well, were very professional and courteous. The floor was installed on Friday and looks "Great"! Needless to say, if we ever have additional flooring needs,, we will not hesitate in returning!

Aside from our initial bumps and hurdles, this company deserves these 5 Stars -- we are completely impressed with a magnificent new wood floor in our guest bedrooms, perfectly layed and gorgeous. David and his crew bent over backwards to make our experience and the installation as perfect as possible for which they deserve a great BIG THANK YOU! One of the best experiences in retail flooring I have ever known. From walking in the door and being met with knowledgeable and friendly folks (thanks again, Kristine!) to having lovely carpet installed in record time I was so pleased and impressed. Great pricing, professional installation and terrific customer service......we will be back in January!

We just had our hardwood floor installed. I'm in love! The staff was good to work with and the installer were excellent. We encountered a small problem with left over molding, but it was resolved quickly. Thank you.
