Bob and the team at Flooring America east Orlando provided top notch customer service. We purchased flooring from them and then a few months later, we noticed a few imperfections in the flooring which turned out to be an unusual manufacturer default. Just finished installing new floors throughout the entire house. My new floors are BEAUTIFUL! The installation crew is top notch and did an excellent job. Johnny helped us through the entire process and is a true professional. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are EXTREMELY satisfied. His customer service is second to none. Highly recommend doing business with Johnny.

From ordering, to delivery, to installation, the entire team was just terrific to work with. I purchased a house full of wood flooring and carpet and could not be more pleased with the end results! I purchased tile at the location in East Colonial, and also used their installation service. Wendel did a beautiful job in my floors, and Johnny and Ray took care of any issue we came across. When I first met with Jason Pierson, I was unsure whether I would be purchasing carpet or tile. He helped me evaluate the different options. I am partially colorblind and told Jason I needed a lot of help with color selection. After sending him samples of my paint colors, he made recommendations. Even though I was out of state, I chose tile and carpet after several conversations with Jason. Installation went well the following month and everything looks great!
