Everything from picking our flooring to installation went very smoothly. Mark did a great job, and Dale brought the color / pattern we went with and *didn't* pick at the store...I think he knew better than us. ;) Highly recommended, and will use them again on our next job for sure.

From the time we entered the store, we were greeted with a hello and a smiling face. Chase took care of us, showed us different tiles and carpet and helped us select what we wanted. Then Dale explained the process and how long it would take to get everything done. Rocky and Jano (I think I spelled this wrong) showed up and started the process of laying the tile. They were both AWESOME, very professional. They both worked hard and long hours to get our home in order. I didn't get to meet the carpet crew, but my husband said they were AWESOME also. The tile and carpet compliment each other and looks great. Dale came by a few days after the job was complete to see if we were satisfied with the work. He told us about the warranty on the tile and carpet and we needed to do to take care of them. All in all, we are very pleased with the work and the crews. Great job guys. Our experience with Flooring America has been excellent! Moving into a new house and making it our own presented a lot of challenges. We had many questions and concerns regarding carpet and tile color that’s would look good in our home. One of our projects was to replace carpeting with hard flooring. Dale was wonderful and helped us select the proper flooring to complement our existing tile. The installation crew was efficient and courteous. Flooring America stands behind their work 100 percent. Within the next 9 months we had a backsplash in our kitchen installed and are very happy with the outcome. We recommend Flooring America! 8/21/2019
