NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY TO WORK WITH....don’t even know where to start there were so many unresolved issues hiring this company. Don’t make the mistake we did. We ended up paying $10,000 for 140” sq ft of flooring that isn’t even water proof. The salesman told us “yea this item is water proof” and over the past 9 months we have had to replaced sections of the floor 7 times spending a few grand for it bubbling and rippling with the smallest amount of water spilled on it. Terrible and would never use again or recommend to anyone else. We spent $27,000 on new carpeting, hardwoods and laminate. I would expect with this large of.a job that problem resolution would be a high priority but not so . There were several issues along the way which were addressed after I brought them to their attention but the final job they did ( the carpeting) is not resolved and apparently is not going to be by this company. Here are the facts of the matter... the contractor you hired to install your stairs cut angles at the edge of the treads that receive the carpet, when the carpet was installed it left exposed unfinished hardwood in the areas that were cut at an angle.
