I was admittedly skeptical placing an order out of state, but wow are we pleasantly surprised! Flooring Liquidators sold us Coretec Pro flooring for nearly half the cost of my local flooring dealer, and that’s even including the $150 shipping fee. Customer service was incredibly helpful and prompt. Just make sure you get your documents signed in a timely fashion. I was quoted a 2-3 weeks for shipping, but it arrived in about one week. Worst customer experience possible!! Website and sales personnel lie about shipping lead time was told would take 3 days to ship ended up taking 3 weeks. Then wanted me to pay them to return material. Thats right not give me my money back but pay them to take it back. Absolutely will never use this company again we are a high volume contractor and would recommend anyone else u could find this place won't take care of you they will take advantage of you.
My wife and I visited Flooring Liquidators twice to chose our kitchen counter stone and we could not be happier of having Denise Mejia helping us. She even gave us a nice discount without asking. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable of the products, patience and helpful. Denise, Juan, Sandra, and team, are very friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. If you are in the hunt for granite, marble, quartz... that's the place. "Drive a little, save a lot".
I special ordered vinyl flooring. I was told it would take a week to arrive. I scheduled the installation two weeks out. The day of installation, I was told they could not locate my flooring. After two days of searching, the warehouse found the flooring. It was in the warehouse for the last five days. So I had to take more days off work to accommodate the new installation schedule. Truthfully... this was fine where it was & this seems like it should/would be in an industrial park like down by auto row instead of Main Street- McHenry Ave. Guess that's part of city council Messing Up this cities Aesthetic. I REALLY Miss MJM being in this location tho!! QDang that Pandemic!! WHY are the Cool shops that would draw folks here, going to EVERY smaller town around, But Not Modesto!!??! Sorry...just doesn't seem right.
