RVA Flooring is a a quality company. They installed a new kitchen floor for us that is beautiful and and family and pet friendly. A family member recommended them. They were efficient, informative, cost- effective, and completed our project in a timely manner. Installers were pleasant, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone at the Broad Street store in Richmond, VA were kind, helpful, and concerned about your welfare.
The sales person was very knowledgeable he asked a few questions and gave me several options to pick from. The installation crew was prompt courteous and on the icyest day of the year. They did a great job and asked if there were any changes I would like to be made. Excellent clean up as well. Made my wife and myself happy
So after years of dealing with cleaning carpets, I decided to rip them up and see how the hardwoods underneath looked. They were in terrible condition, so my first call was to Robert and FlooringRVA because they have done work for my real estate clients, who have always been pleased. Saw a sign on Broad st on 8-21-19 for FlooringRVA. Pulled in, not quite ready to open for business. But Roert ask what we were looking for. He found and cut and carried and placed in our car vinyl we needed for a small bathroom project. Very nice, and attentive of Robert. THANKS, Patty

I arrived at FlooringRVA just before closing one night ready to purchase the tile I needed to install in my bathroom the next day. Unfortunately, the tile I chose was not available and would have to be ordered. Before I could leave, the manager quickly stepped in with a solution that allowed me to walk away with two boxes of the tile from an oversupply he had in the back. I installed it the next day and the flooring turned out beautifully. Thank you Flooring RVA for coming through in a pinch! See you next time.
My house had to be taken off the market, due to my floors buckling. They were not originally installed by Flooring RVA . . . they were installed by another company over 11 years ago. Elijah came to assess the issue with my wood flooring that had buckled . . .. . . . he assessed the situation . . . was professional. He set up an appointment for later the same day to have a technician come in to solution the problem. Rey came in, discussed the various options with me. He fixed the issue within an hour.
