Disappointing Warranty Service & Customer Service I recently had a terrible experience with Flooring RVA. Despite their promises of excellent customer service and a reliable warranty, they completely dropped the ball. Four years ago, we hired Flooring RVA to install new flooring in my home. Outsourced, rude unprofessional.
Awful service, they just blow you off and ignore you if you have a complaint until you’re too tired to keep chasing them down. Effective strategy but demoralizing for customer.
I placed a $2,000 order and not one time did either associate that helped me mention that there is a no return policy. I ended up with a product that my contractor did not need and now I’m out of nearly $700. Had this been said before making the purchase I would have verified with contractor or even had my contractor come to the store before making such a costly purchase that I’d be possibly be stuck with.
