I used two other flooring companies that did not follow through which turned out to be fortunate for us because we found Flooring Master. Willy Sanchez came out promptly on several occasions and brought samples. His installlation team was so skilled and thorough. Wood, laminate and carpeting ******
I've used flooring master 2 times, over the years,for different projects. Amazing customer service, attention to detail and a work crew that is respectful of your house when working there. Absolutely recommend them for your flooring or bathroom remodeling needs! I'm currently working on a third very large project with them and I'm planning on one last project in 2018.
Wonderful experience dealing with Willie Sanchez and his crew! From selection of the tile to finishing the job, everything went smoothly.Everyone arrived on time, knew exactly what was to be done, and helped to make the installation go easy. Working with Willy Sanchez on multiple occasions were great experiences. In 2014 we completely remodeled our Central Florida home, adding new flooring surfaces to several rooms. He was very thorough in his estimates and he installed the correct product exactly when promised. Willy also did a great job in helping select the carpet and tile with us, and he was always there for us...before, during and after the carpet and tile projects.

FlooingMaster installed new tile and flooring in our bathroom and wood floors throughout our house. The work was completed in the time frame that we were given, the workers were very respectful of our property and the end result was amazing We highly recommend Flooring Master and will be using them again for our Master Bathroom remodel
