We were highly satisfied with FloorMax and their personnel. Teiya was friendly, helpful and very professional. She answered all our questions timely and explained everything about our product. The flooring is beautiful, was at a fair and reasonable price and was delivered undamaged. We would highly recommend FloorMax to anyone who needs new flooring.

I got behind the curve in my home remodeling when a local flooring supplier completely dropped the ball and put me a week behind. Lauren stepped in and saved the day. She really listened to my vision and feel for flooring and sent several photos of products that she felt would be a fit for my needs. She was right! The only catch was the product I chose was brand new to the market and had to be drop-shipped from Houston. Again another delay? Thankfully NO. We purchased a luxury vinyl flooring for our lake house in Tennessee. J.P. did an excellent job of walking us through the process. We had an issue with the shipping company but a phone call to J.P. and he handled the matter in a professional manner. I will vertainly recommend FloorMax Direct to my family and friends.

I meet Jason in New Orleans at a home show. We were looking for a flooring that would be pet friendly. He showed us a completely vinyl floor that goes down like laminate. After having installed other laminates in our 2100 sq. ft home over the last 12 years and dealing with installation issues and wear we tried it in one bedroom.
