I had my whole house carpet, they went out of their way to help us as much as they could. I recommend spending the extra money for the thickest padding. We also bought the silk carpet, when we walk across our carpet it feels like silk. I just love our carpet.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company! Kelly was very helpful when we where trying to decide which type of flooring to get. His knowledge of the different types of flooring and quality of each surprised us. Menash, who is in charge of installation, was great to work with! Sooo knowledgeable and high energy! I liked that! I shopped around the Jamestown area and was very happy with the deal I got at Floors at your Door. I felt like I was getting a great value because I got a high quality engineered flooring at a discounted price. We also bought Smart Strand carpet are are quite happy so far. My wife wanted soft so we chose the "silk" option. No spills at this point, but baby spit up has cleaned up quite easily.
