Editorial review from Citysearch Horrible customer service. They recently refinished my hardwood floors. After they completed the job, 2 of my doors were nailed shut, there was stain all over my baseboards, and half the quarter round was not stained. Damon Frazee never even bothered to look at the horrible job his subs did. The only thing he did was threaten to sue me if he didnt get his money in full for incomplete job. Stay away at all cost from Frazee.

Perhaps they should stick to carpet We hired Frazee to tile our bathroom because Frazee was listed by the concierge service from our real estate agent. The reviews on Angie's list also seemed to suggest they would do a good job. While we could have tiled the bathroom ourselves, I wanted a style of tile that my partner warned me would be a pain in the neck to install.
