I called up Friends and Family Flooring after seeing all the positive reviews on Google. They exceeded all my expectations. Stuart came out to do the estimate, explained everything to me and got me a quote promptly. The installers were on time, explained everything and did an amazing job. I am amazed at what they were able to do with an old floor that had been neglected for 20 years. You will not be disappointing using this company

We had hardwood floors installed on our entire second floor, and also in the Family Room on the first floor. Friends & Family Flooring did a great job! The quality of the work was excellent, and they were very careful and conscientious about everything they did! We highly recommend them!

EVERYTHING!! I guess it's summed up in customer service. They made extra trips to see me in person. They used my preferred method of communication. If I made a request they couldn't accommodate, they didn't beat around the bush or try and spin it. Oh yeah. Tile installed today so I might be giddy. But it's all still true!

Friends and Family refinished the wood floors on my first floor and two bedrooms and hallways upstairs. The crew did a very neat job on replacing some wood strips that were not fitting well and installing missing thresholds at the doors to a couple of carpeted bedrooms. The color looks great! There was not nearly as much dust as I had feared, so the new sanders DO work better. I highly recommend this company.
As a Realtor I recommend them all the time and they always deliver quality and excellent service!
Very happy with my new kitchen floor that was installed. Looking forward to them refinishing my hardwood floors.
