I had a vinyl floor and carpet laid. I was not happy, because their was a big language barrier. The workers were 3 hrs. late, and did not speak english. I could not tell them anything that I wanted done. I like Georgia carpet, but I will have to stop doing bussiness with them because the workers can't comunicate with clients.
Great price on carpet, installers were prompt, room looks great. We will be going back to Georgia Mills Carpet Outlet for all our future flooring needs.
had whole house done with all vinyl planks. Love the look and it is still perfect condition! Highly recommend them. Everyone very knowledgeable and wide variety of color and styles. Worth it to check them out!
I waited for over 6 weeks for carpet witch they told me up front they were busy that is understandable. Then they showed up with different padding after we picked a premium padding witch was expensive. Then after the padding was installed the guy told us he didn't have enough carpet to do the job. We had to wait 2 more weeks for them to order more and the whole time our living room was tore apart and our furniture in other rooms. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else!
A great place with so many wonderful choices of all kinds of floor coverings. Staff is friendly, well versed on different types and can suggest and answer any questions you may have. I recommend Georgia Mills to everyone. You simply can't go wrong by going there.
