We worked with a Carpet One estimator selecting floor product. The estimator came to our house, gave us an estimate, and we signed the contract. When the product arrived, it worked well on floor, but would not completely cover the stairs. The nose cap did not fit properly, the stair tread was exposed on the sides (not completely covered), and holes in the stair riser are left exposed. We paid a premium for a high quality job.
