Dishonest and Poor Service We had a flood in our home and our carpeting and hardwood flooring needed to be replaced. Our insurance company required that we go through Carpet One for our replacement flooring. After having them come by our home to take samples of the flooring along with the room measurements, they committed to call us back in a couple of days to have us come in and look at comparable items.
