Bob was our salesman (Morgan Hgwy location) and he was AWESOME! ABSOLUTELY,...HANDS-DOWN,... THE BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long time! He LISTENED to our needs, SHOWED us our options, & explained differences in pad, textiles, and pile. In 15 minutes, we selected a carpet, scheduled a measurement appt, and scheduled the installation!!!! He made it the Easiest purchase, EVER! Had them install vinyl floors in kitchen, living room and dining room... they did an amzing job!!! Very fast and friendly service
I had two bedrooms done with laminate flooring and the front bedroom was great but the other bedroom moves and there is a inch gap all the time and smaller ones throughout the room. We called and no body ever showed up.
