Bought 1650 sq ft of FERMA 3/4 maple hardwood. Adam was our sales rep and was phenomenal. Great communication, great help, timely delivery, hardly any damaged product. our renovation ran into a big hold up also, and giant floors kept our product in a climate controlled warehouse for an extra 6 months or so for no extra charge. I did the install myself, so I have no feedback on that. Overall, I would highly recommend.
Very helpful & was willing to try & make a deal. Shopping around & found a better deal @ Home Depot. Will go back & see but dropping a $1 per square foot is seeking a lot.
Adam was our sales rep in the Scranton location. He was helpful, knowledgeable, genuinely wanted to help us and not pushy at all. The 2 installers were amazing. So kind, respectful, really cared about their quality of work, fast/hard workers and beyond skillful in their job. We are beyond pleased!!!
I ordered the Cali Redifined Pine flooring, it is even more beautiful than I had anticipated. We are doing a new build and decided to do the entire first floor in the Cali flooring. Wow. Love it. We worked with Adam at Giant Flooring and he was excellent in every phase. Thank you. Will definitely use Giant Floor when we are ready to finish the basement.
I would give 100 stars if I could. Mike was amazing from start to finish. A true patriot as well!!!! Carpet quality is A+! I was in a bad situation at 10pm on a Monday. I was moving my young daughter into her first away from home rental for college. Mike just happened to be there for other reasons. We noticed the carpet on the first floor was in terrible condition as well as the tack strips and padding. Mike offered to do the job right there and then.
