Granite Bay Flooring and Design laid new carpet throughout our whole house (3,000 sq ft.) They were able to lay the new carpet while we were on vacation right before Christmas this year. We were helped all along the way by Cole Fullmer, a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Cole was totally accommodating right from the beginning; he explained the differences between carpets and why some cost more than others; he gave me as many carpet samples as I needed to make my decision. Wasn't sure where to go but GBFD was close and had good reviews. I checked out some other places but decided to go with this place. So glad I did. Nancy was fantastic to work with and a big help. I wanted 3 rooms done with wood and they had the best color choice for me and price was good. Sergey and his team were on time and finished the job in one day. Very professional and did a super job. Looks so beautiful. I just love it. So pleased with the whole experience. Looking forward to using them again.
