RecommendedOur purchase experience was good. Karl was helpful in making sure we choose a good quality material that fits our flooring needs. There were some communication issues when it came to installation process. However, Jim, the store manager promptly responded to our concerns, personally came to our house with Anthony, the installation manager, and made sure everything goes fine.
