My landlord hired this company to redo the floors in my entire home. We had to pack up everything off the floors in every room. It was to be a 3-Full day job. We had a terrible experience with great floors and won’t be coming BACK AGAIN at this location . I suggest you don’t give them your money cause they definitely didn’t care that our ( 2200sq ft ) home’s floors are all from great floors. There was a mishap with Ed, one of the employees. I can’t say enough good things about this company! My wife and I searched several carpet stores, and none of them compared to the excellent service we received at Great Floors! Not only did the representative Zack go out of his way to assist us in finding exceptional carpet install assistance, but additionally, he provided us with a better quality carpet for the same cost as all other competitor stores. My installer was Richard...Rich was the most amazing Profesional installer I have had the pleasure to work with! He was on time. He was informative. He was kind. He was funny! My sales consultant Laurie was great. Educated my wife and I about the different flooring that she had. She answered all of our questions. Very professional. Our installer, Richard Green was awesome. He gave us suggestions how he would install the floor. We decided to have the flooring installed horizontal. He leveled the floor before he installed our new flooring. Richard was punctual, worked clean, and very professional. If you buy your flooring from great floors, request Richard to be your installer.
