Recommendedhad them carpet 3 rooms. carpet us great and installers very professional, cleans up after the install. moved all furniture. would and have recommended Great Lakes.
I can not thank Dawn and her Staff enough for our BEAUTIFUL new floors...Patience of Saints (our A/C decided to die during install) and Luxury at it's BEST! Dusty and Ky who did the install did such a beautiful job, were upfront and honest on the issues we had in the sub floor which needed to be fixed before the new flooring could be put down, which we appreciated!

It took ten days to complete a three day project. We are STILL waiting to hear from a manager (or anyone in authority) who would care to inquire as to whether we are satisfied with the completed job; anyone who would reply to our week-old request for reimbursement for plumbing and cleaning fees incurred as a result of the installation; anyone who would offer some sort of additional compensation or restitution for the inconvenience, stress and aggravation of this ten day ordeal. 4/27/18 The situation has been resolved. I recently used Dawn Cary of Great Lakes for my flooring. She was very helpful and suggested products and colors to suit my home and lifestyle. The installers were very polite and arrived when promised. ALSO this company is very active on the community and really tries to give back to the community . I was very happy with my new flooring!
