I went in last Saturday and spent 35 minutes in the store. Not once was I greeted or asked if I needed help. I do know one of the women working has a son hoping to play football at Ball State. The place was not busy...just one other customer who was already being helped. I guess they don’t need business because they lost mine!
Worst experience we ever had. Poor workmanship and took over 3 months to complete and still looked bad. Customer service was equally as bad. Just got the feeling they didn't care.
Poor customer service on outdoor carpet that was only installed 2 years ago and now has holes in carpet on steps. Took multiple calls and no returned calls with only resolution being they would credit cost of original carpet towards purchase of new carpet. Told original carpet purchased was cheap grade but interestingly enough salesman Bill Loveridge didn't even mention that or provide any option other than this one when we purchased. We have used Greer's in the past but this experience has made us realize - never again!
I have had many issues with Greer's flooring.I paid cash for a job and didn't find out till the day before install that my flooring was on backorder. 6 weeks later flooring is installed and brand new custom made vanity is scratched up and they want to send a guy with a touch up kit out.....never again
