Store and warehouse hours make it impossible for a non-contractor, every day consumer to pick up product (already paid for) without taking time off work. If you are a do-it-yourselfer (like most of us) you should order from Lowes or Home Depot. I ordered carpet that was highly recommended by the salesman, Randy Mount, at Grigsby’s. The actual carpet did not look like the large sample in the store. I stopped the installation and called Randy. Randy sent their installation manager, Lucho, to my house, and Lucho agreed that the carpet did not look like the sample. Randy said that they should complete the installation and that their claims manager would look at it the following week. I do not know who those little kids on your commercial belong to, but you are wasting your money making commercials with them. They do not speak clear enough to be understood and the lettering is hard to read. If the person running the business does not have enough business sense to have a commercial people can understand, I do not trust their business judgement and I do not want to do business with you. Initially had trouble getting responses from the sales person. Once we were past that it went well as far as selection and choice of material. Then came the installation. The installers would have a daily excuse for showing up late, or not at all on a couple days.
