Terrible customer service! Waited almost 4 months for the best installer and he didn’t even make my parents house look nice! Hauser’s professional installer should have known better when installing carpet at a house more than 50 years old. The floors are made different. All they want is your Money and not willing to make something nice. If the installer see’s an issue prior to laying the carpet should have used professional judgment and recommended what could be done to make it nice. Please if you can Avoid this Place Do it at All cost .. i purchased a bedroom set on january 22nd it was supposed to be delivered the 9th the frame was missing so they brought my dressers and Couch (not in plastic) they had to manuever my 1100 dollars couch on the walls of the truck to get it out which would be fine if it was in Plastic .. When My Bed frame came Finally on March 15th ! Pieces were broken so they had to go back and give me pieces off the showroom floor .. NO Compassion Or Compensation . I came in jus to get an estimate on a couple items for JFS and the guy was super friendly and helped me pick out the best cost/value and gave me exactly what I needed to show for a voucher. Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the voucher but he did not try to haggle me or treat me any differently bc I was not exactly an"paying customer"... 🙏 Thank you.

Very nice staff. Didn’t realize how large this place was and always thought it was super pricey but it’s not that pricey. They have gorgeous furniture at decent prices. Staff was helpful and didn’t follow you around trying to bark up the sale. Highly recommend this place over Fergusons any day.
