Good pricing and wide selection with nice staff. Overall would recommend. My only advice is to move your furniture yourself instead of their team. After reviewing the install, we had extensive damage to one of our dressers, large/deep scratches in wood trim and doors, charging cable cut entirely, drywall damage, and some flooring damage. I appreciate their work and the carpet looks great, but I wish their team would slow down a bit and be more careful. I will always buy my flooring from Hoosier Carpet… the best place for price and service! I had carpet done and a lot of laminate done and the product was of great quality and the installation and installers were PERFECT! I can’t rave enough about how PERFECT the installers are… showed up on time and did a fantastic job! Thank you Hoosier Carpet!!!
I've never bought or looked at carpet before. I walked in blind and the guys at HC were amazing. They explained the kind of carpet I would need (for kids and dog, high traffic, etc), showed me different ranges, colors, thickness, everything... I highly recommend Indy Carpet outlet for your carpet needs. We have dealt with them twice now and have had very good experiences both times. Very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. Great prices and installation was done right and on time. We will definitely use them again for our future flooring needs.
