I had a less than stellar experience with this business a couple of years ago and elected to use a different company. Left a Yelp review and continued on with life, never thinking about them again. Today, one of their crazy family members sends me a message and attacks me for the fact I had a bad experience with them. It is pathetic that they allow their family to lash out at anyone with a bad opinion and the family members absolve themselves of any responsibility by claiming they don’t work there. In good faith we put down a deposit and ordered our plank flooring with the promise the work would begin on a specific date. We were in the midst of a full remodel. Once they received the funds they called and rescheduled the installation. Then their installers came threw sub flooring on our living room and simply walked out without a word. One worker was allergic to dogs so our toy poodles presence supposedly bothered him. Then this company BREACHED their contract and refused to complete the job. I had a very poor experience with Imperial Flooring that six months later has still not been repaired. They installed the floors and within a week they had buckled in several places. I called the salesman at Imperial (Conor) and he took the stance that somehow we had done something wrong. He failed to return my calls several times and only after leaving a heated message on his voicemail did he return my call. They then sent someone out to look at the problem a week later.
