We are excited about the new flooring throughout our house. It has transformed our house and added a wow” factor that we lacked before…especially the stairs! We highly recommend Imperial Flooring, after months of trying to find a local contractor we spoke with Casey and our troubles were over. He came to Florence and estimated our needs, accurately, found the material we desired and scheduled our installation date. The craftsmen that installed our flooring were true professionals! They were very hard to deal with. No wiggle room on scheduling, only on their schedule and won’t work with you at all. The first appointment they never showed up. 6 months later the caulk was separating and cracking, looked horrible. My project planner was rude and I don’t not recommend the installer they used.
Imperial Floors has helped us with several projects for our business and office over two decades. I’ve always have enjoyed working with them, and been very satisfied with the results. They’ve gone a step beyond what I expected.
Great job. Conner took great care to accommodate out scheduling needs and was very helpful in coordinating our installation. The installation crew was OUTSTANDING. Very professional with exceptional care and attention to detail during install. Would highly recommend both the sales and service crew as well at the Installation crew. A real pleasure doing business with everyone involved.
