The TV ad promoting 50% off remnants interested me enough to visit Jim Boyd's facility looking for a new area rug to replace a much worn older one for our second bedroom. The salesman, Bill, was excellent and after explaining the remnant options to me, left me to wonder through the large array of rugs. The decision was easy (I found a great remnant!) and when I was ready, he accommodated my need to have the rug cut down and rebound. Although it took about two weeks to get the rug delivered, it was done on a Saturday morning and on time within the two hour window I was given.

We had a new floor installed by Jim Boyd's. Their people were very professional at their job. Left us with a clean room. That does not happen much in this world anymore. It was very appreciated. Oh yes, our floor is beautiful!

I had a great experience at Jim Boyd's Flooring America. First off, I thought they had the best selection of all the places I looked. I felt like the small sample provided to the showroom was not large enough for me to make a definite commitment to it and they were able to get a larger piece of the carpet which made me feel comfortable enough to order it. Although they wouldn't make any promises regarding getting my carpet here and installed before Christmas, THEY DID!!! The installers were professional and did a good job of cleaning after removing the old carpet and laying the new one. They also went above and beyond in binding a small piece of the carpet for the entryway. I would definitely go back there again.
