We are extremely pleased with the work that was done. We had hardwood floors refinished in two rooms over a four day period. We were informed of the schedule up front and everyone arrived on time and were very professional. Mark and Roy did the sanding and staining on the first day and did a great job including cleaning up. Jake Young, Todd, Ryan and even Rich, the owner came out over the next three days to do the finish coats. Excellent from quote to finished job. Every day advised when the guys would arrive. Arrived on time, prepared to work and attention to surrounding areas. A very messy job to sand and refinish, but great attention to detail in hanging plastic and mitigating as much dust as possible. New flooring was installed in foyer and dining room, sanded existing hardwood to match new flooring perfectly. Examples were left for us to decide on overnight and it was exactly as we were shown. Professional job and worked with me on a few small extras. In addition, although the demo of an existing tile floor took more resources and material than planned they honored their price. Finishing expert came back to make a few adjustments a few weeks after installation and he was awesome! Floor looks great!
