We had top notch service from our salesperson to our installers. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Our new carpet looks great and feels great too.
We bought carpet for our basement a year and a half ago. The carpet is defective despite two inspections, both from Karen's and Mowhawk. Neither Karen's or Mowhawk will help us resolve the issue. I can't even get a return phone call from Karen's and our sales rep now. To add insult to injury, Mowhawk keeps telling us that we are required to go through the company we bought the carpet through to get the situation resolved.
