My husband and I bought carpet for 2 rooms and 1 closet from Kathy. She disregarded the measurements for the closet. She said that the installers could use the scrap from the room for the closet. She was wrong! No scrap! I'm not in town and my sister was at my house for the installation. What a headache. After installation I was informed there wasn't enough product for the hall closet and I would have to order another box of flooring and pay for it if I wanted to have the flooring installed in my hall closet.The estimate I received in writing indicated the hall closet would be included. "This just happens sometimes." was the explanation I was given. I was shocked they didn't stand by their estimate.
