The staff is very helpful, the flooring choices are high quality and their installation team does a great job.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Wife threw out a few ideas and they were able to narrow down a specific carpet we absolutely love — installing it in a tight window before moving in to our new house. On top of that, they repaired a grout gap that the previous owners had made between the hallway and guest bathroom with a nice trim. Will definitely be back for future upgrades.

Stan went out of his way to ensure the job was done to our liking and the installation crew worked late into the day to finish the job right. Let me walk you through the lovely horror my wife and I experienced with Keystone Carpet and its ultimate resolution. We were advised by a neighbor to go with Keystone Carpet for our new purchase. We didn't know at the time that our neighbor bought and flipped houses with cheap fixes. Our mistake. We met and liked Stan and ended up going with him for our carpet, recarpeting essentially the entire house. I hired Keystone to install vestibule carpet in the building I manage. Their contractors were efficient, friendly, and our vestibule ended up looking fantastic. They're very affordable, too. I highly recommend this company.
