I had new flooring installed about 2 years ago. It was a wood floating floor. Well, the seams have pulled apart in several places causing some loose pieces and some to raise/lift. I called kiss and they turned in a claim for warranty from the flooring manufacturers. Yesterday I got the call....they r replacing ALL the flooring including labor! I am very pleased w them honoring their product and workmanship.
Can't say enough! Amazing, good hearted, kind, outstanding people at Kiss Carpet!!
